Privacy notice

This notice explains what Outbound Builders does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly we receive your address and whatever you put in the note.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to your question or setting a time for your Reachable Buyer Map. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we end contact.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Outbound Builders who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The page fonts load from a public font service, which receives the technical request your browser makes to fetch them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to gertrude.garrett@outboundbuilders.co or use the contact form, and we will act on it and confirm when it is done.
